sponsored Castle Combe 'Duathlon' series. I only turned out because my
spin PT, Richard, said he was doing it. He failed to show, pleading a
pulled muscle in his back but at least Kev was there. I'm still blaming
him though - it's his fault I'm doing all this....

Finished 86/102, I've not bothered to work out where I was in the M/F
standings, maybe another time. Talking of which, did the 5km in 28:15.954,
T1 took 1:45.597. the seven bike laps of the track took 42:34.344 and the
final 3km run 18:22.290. I really need someone with me for that last run,
the two girls in front were just too far ahead to make catching them worthwhile.
Total time was 1 hour 30 minutes 58.184 seconds - something to aim at next year!
Well done to all participants and to all winners. My friends at TBAS had much to celebrate as their man
romped the event - Dave Roper put in an awesome performance, something I can
